I'd been waiting for this to come out due to the price and 3 year warranty , full licence holder with a bigger bike but wanted something cheap for a 9 mile commute, picked mine up at the start of April and personally , I think it's great , I've only gone up to 52 mph as I want to be a bit sensible for the first 600 miles, I'm a little over 200 miles in and am getting a smidgen over 133 mpg on my commute which is 30 40 and 50 limits over 9 miles . I haven't made any RU-vid videos but might do a 600 mile owners review in a few weeks

good news to see new scooters by Suzuki. This new one is lovely, I have the previous version which is an excellent all day companion.

Filmed in Milton Keynes, where I live! And I have a Suzuki Address too, brought brand new from Mission Motorcycles, it is the 2016 Suzuki Address 113cc Sports MotoGP edition. It’s brilliant, the best bike I have ever had. Don’t worry about the slight drop of cc’s from 125cc to 113cc, there is no noticeable difference from my old 125cc bike that I had before I got this. The Suzuki Address is a rocket ship 🚀 . It’s also comfortable and easy to ride, VERY good on miles to the gallon meaning it’s both saving the world against Global Warming, and saving you money, each time you ride. Build quality is excellent, a lot better then the Chinese bikes, like my first ever bike was, definitely never again! Back to the Suzuki Address, The accessories are great too. If you choose to go for it, the top box can easily fit a full face helmet, or a lot of shopping bags, and under the seat has a lot of space too. There’s also a laptop bag holder on the console at the front, and two bottle/cup holders (Who can argue with that?) 🎉

Good review and nice machine but - I owned the previous 110cc Address from new which was subject to 3 factory recalls - possible excess solder on circuit board, incorrectly torqued variator, and main bearings replaced to avoid possible engine failure. The new improved Address is hopefully problem-free.

now on my 3rd 110 address,brilliant littlle scoot,the new 125 is well i havent seen one yet,still think the 12/10 inch wheels,dont look to good,but if i could see/ride one could be different,and love the football ground ride out.

I have 2 scooters helix and reflex both 250cc. Both bought used for a fraction of dealership prices. My advice, get a 250 so you can get on the highway. And go 70+ mph. I had a 125cc great around town, but that's it.

I will be getting mine shortly. I already checked and found out it could easily store my open face helmet under the seat. I don't know about a full face helmet as I don't own one, as I wear glasses and don't want to be taking them on and off every time I put on and take off my helmet.

Is it better than yamaha delight you tested?. And if it was your dosh would you opt for liberty or mode instead?.

Unfortunately I have a pcx 2020 version as I'm 6ft 2,,, and around 15 stone so needed a little bit of a bigger and better hp so I don't look silly... Wish I was smaller and lighter as I would of gone for a smaller 125.

Is this review being done after its engine has been run-in for the first 1000 mile period or are you testing it from brand new? Wouldn't the bike be a bit faster then including its top speed? I ask because I only see 62 miles on the clock.

Interesting review. I'm probably going to go for the Honda Vision 110 though because it has bigger wheels and comes with a rack so a top box can be added easily. The Address grab rail would need to be replaced with a rack. The Vision is £300 more expensive though.

To talk about the claim that the scooter is not fast enough ( 3:34 ), I wanted to let you guys know. They offer you different options (At least they used to, I just looked and I couldn’t find any other Suzuki Address models listed. As I went for the MotoGP option, they put in a fuel injection system in, and a few other things that I can’t remember. The Suzuki Addresses that you have look like standard ones, so you won’t be able to compare unless you test drive an Address Sport MotoGP edition too, that would be a real try! The top speed I’ve reached on the Suzuki Address Sport 113cc MotoGPis 65mph, on the A421 between Milton Keynes and Bedford. But even on day to day usage, I could get up to 60mph easily on the MK roads, I’ve never felt vulnerable on them (Despite falling off three times in the past). Accelerating between 60mph or 64mph can be difficult sometimes, all depending on the road surface and weather conditions, the mechanical state of the bike, weight of items in the bike storage, etc. There have been a few instances of feeling like I could get up to 65mph, but at that point, my limiter kicks in 😠. I think it would be a fun video to do a race between the Addresses, perhaps one limited and one de-limited? Or a race between the standard recent model and the older MotoGP edition? Or against other variants? Or a race testing a brand new standard specification versus an older specification? Just some ideas for you guys 😊

Hell i like scoots with small wheels and with big wheels. And whatever you ride you will get used to. Honda mode looks more refined and has a rack grab on the back as standard. This little suzi looks fun to me and seat looks comfy which is a win win. £500 more for honda with deeper underseat space for helmet. Anybody got this suzi or mode can you get a small size jet helmet in them and shut seat?.

Many thanks for a great review. I was allowed to do short testride within the parkingarea of a dealer because the roads where still icy and full of salt. I managed still pick up a couple of things during the short testride. I now that the bike was brand new but I fell that the brakes where little bit to spongy taking under consideration that it was a brand new bike. This specific. bike made som mecanical noises but the afterwards I relized that it is air cooled bike and I thing I was hearing the valves. As the dealer wanted to start the bike it didn't turn over because the battery was dead. I don't know how the battery could have gone flat during the weekend. Anyway the dealer got it started and the enginelight came on and the dealer told me that it was normal because he had to jumpstart the battery. Mine concern was how the bike would behave when you lean it over in curves? Does it do a sudden drop into the curves due to the small tires? Onother dealer let me testdrive the Honda SH 125 mode which I felt was more refined bike. I would go for the suzuki because it is still aircooled and has a kickstarter but for the honda because of the bigger tires and more horsepower.

I don't know if it's my imagination but, from 8.54 the guy in front is riding all the time with both feet down off the scooter.

The previous Address was a 110 with larger wheels , built in China & would do 65 mph on clock on good day . Looked more modern than this more classic looking model & was reported to be very economical & reliable . Why would you lash out silly money on a Vespa , when one of these will probably be cheaper to run more reliable & do the same job around town & commuting ,plus less of a target for thieves who are more likely to target Vespas . 👍

Best selling 125cc scooter in India...Quite peppy in city commute... Called Access 125 here.. I reckon this to be an export model out of India....

This 125cc version doesn't seem any better than the older 113cc version. The 113cc had larger wheels and just about the same power, and there are numerous videos showing it getting to 65mph. The new version doesn't look any better but is a lot more expensive. So I can't see any advantage, particularly with the tiny wheels. Has anyone tried both to compare?

There would be annoying starter motor noise after 8000 or so km ,also vehicle build after 2019 have build quality issues not just suzuki, honda’s too.Here in india they sold this scooter under the name ‘access 125’ ,suspensions are comfortable ,milage is the best ,i have one 2017 bs4 (carburator) varient and one 2024 bs6 (fi)one.i could clear feel 2024 one has crappy build quality and fi systeam is faulty too.

The only stand out about the Address seems to be the low price, but I don't think it represents good value. I ride a SYM Fiddle 125, which right now costs about £300 more then the Suzuki; for that you get very similar styling, but with a 11.3hp engine, full LCD dash, dual rear shocks, dual disc brakes and a pre-fitted 33l top box.

These paid for promo s never show what they are told to stay away from like actually putting a helmet under the seat. After all it may detract from sales and they have to show the product in the best light. So in this case its how frugal it is 115mpg is good and so is the price. Not the 0 to 4omph time.

Close in price to the Piaggio Liberty, which has 16” wheels and an 11hp air cooled engine (same drive train as the Vespa Primavera / Sprint). Dash on the Suzuki looks funky but not convinced by the appearance of the rest of the bike.

Suzuki bring this scooter to the USA.

I hate Honda, love Yamaha, not had Suzuki but want to give them a try.

The look for me is a no no….you may as well pay a few more £ and get something better looking and more power etc

You keep comparing to the Chinese bikes, but for most modern ones I've seen they have led screens, 11-15hp and additional specs for this price point, so in fact the Suzuki seems like a rip off for only 8hp and basic specs.

For the price there's little to complain about. It's a Suzuki and go last a long while if cared for. The aesthetics are hmm bland and the paint on the red is awful. Blue metallic better.

Do you get paid more for saying ‘decent’? You say it rather a lot 😳

I don't understand the logic here. Budget friendly 125cc scooter? Ummm... I'm in Thailand and I bought a Honda Wave 125i for 54,000thb, or basically 1,200GB, or 1,500USD. So wtf are you talking about, 'budget friendly'? The Suzuki Address 125 is 154,800thb... I could buy 3 Honda scooters!
