@@captainsalty7777 Yeah, I just noticed that in the text you had .8l per km though and it's reading .8km per L which is 1.2L per km. Out of curiosity, what was your 300 doing in terms of top speed and fuel? I've just had a 7.1m plate boat built with the 300HP Suzuki duo prop on it, so it would be good to see how it compares.
Captain, I want to ask what would you prefer if you have a heavy 16,000-pound boat and you want two engines. You choose 300 Yamaha, 350 Suzuki, or 300 Verado If they are the same price Thanks. Omar
Yamaha from 2021 is a new modern much better engine....80 kg less than susuki, V6 etc... the duoprop was used already earlier in outboards but it is more complicated, heavier expensive when damaged..
