Got my new exhaust in the mail today finally and am super excited !!!! The sound in person is a very low bass rumble and when it revs and accelerates its a deep growl that is superb and clean. I am in love with it and am very happy with the purchase and even MORE i'd recommend it to anyone, not only for this bike but for any vehicle DG makes exhausts for, they are actually very good quality !!!

Love your bike dude! Sounds bad ass!!! I have a suggestion for changing the bike color, you should try plasti dip, it's a black rubberized coating that's durable as hell and if you don't like it, it peals off in one shot, just an idea. Look forward seeing all the new motovlogging off-road adventures. Cheeeyyyaaa!

Sounds real throaty and awesome. The best mod I think I ever bought for my GS500F was getting a Yoshi slip on to replace the stock pipe. Just like you said I actually enjoy the sound of my bike after upgrading, totally worth it. P.S. BRAAAAAAAAP BRAP BRAP BRAAAAAAAAP

The small bore 4-stroke singles sound great with a loud pipe like that.. I guess because of the higher revs of the smaller engine.. But it sounds very good, man! I love these small bore dual sports. They are the perfect motorcycle because they can literally go anywhere, and get extremely good gas mileage. Cool bike, like it a lot!

Trevor Jameson Yeah I guess the bike needs to rev higher to make good power, but it revs just as high as any other low performance four-stroke. And I disagree. My little 200 cannot go anywhere. A plated CRFX, WRF, maybe a KLXS, and for sure a WRR can go many places. The KLXS is getting pretty heavy. The DR200 is WAY heavy, makes only decent power, and is outfitted with cheap suspension. I recommend an XT225 if you're in to dual sports. Slightly more power and its lighter.

Don't forget to put an exhaust slider on that. It's just coolant hose and a hose clamp. It's cheap and works!

You keep up on it and keep changing oil and cables etc. , it now has 138k just finished a Finger Lake run. I put new tires on it, nice 50/50 Bridgestone knobbies.

2 things are keeping me from getting an aftermarket exhaust for my 03 sv650S. Cost and that I'd have to cut the stock exhaust to install a slip on. I just don't want to cut the pipe.

Your bike looks sweet , it sounds a lot better now and those downshifts sound nice. It will look awesome painted black you should try using plasti-dip for it so even if it doesn't go we'll you can peel it off. Maybe even do the rims too and black it out. I am a sportbike guy but you definitely make me wanna get a dual sort too for some trail ridin. Anyways nice bikes you have man !

I'm stuck on either this exhaust or the fmf powercore 4 for my dr350. I've had cheaper slipons literally blow apart on me so I'm a little worried this would do the same. But it is about half the price of the fmf.
