Ihad the task side racks on my dr650, with soft bags. After understanding how delicate the frame tabs are, I dismantled these, and decided to arrange my luggage according to the Suzuki engineers logic... I put on it the oem rear rack, and a pair of side racks like these. Now I know I am not hurting the frame. The are great and well suited for the dr. It's no food to over load it a if its a truck... they are light and strong, and moves the weight forward. Additionally, it's easier to work on the rear wheel.... Don't overload these bikes...
Nice vids, have ended up watching them all in the last few days with that signature "hey guys, hows it goin?" in every one of them 😄. Good ability to be concise with your words and what you show. Question on the dirt racks- how did you manage to get them over to NZ? Im a kiwi living in Australia
@@greasycanadianbiker they are made from acrylic :) I find it to be useful on the highway. It cuts the wind off my chest leaving my helmet in clean air. I'm about 5"10 - 5"11.
