In this very small update on the Suzuki Moped, I try to figure out why the oil pump is disconnected and if it works. If anyone know of a way to test the amount of two-stroke oil it should deliver id like to know!
Takes me back to my GT 185 Suzuki I had in 1976. By playing with the pump when riding you could leave a monster plume of blue smoke if you really wanted to but the correct setting was minimal smoke out of the exhausts.
From the service manual from an FA50:The pump should put out .097-.114ml in 6 min at 2000rpm I’d try and use a syringe to measure the starting and ending volume.
