@@daveworsdale9994 the original GSXR-1100 , in 1986 , had a 1052 cc engine , the second generation GSXR-1100 , which came out in 1990 had a 1127cc engine . That was the largest displacement of any GSXR1100 . The later water cooled model went back down in displacement to , I believe , 1075cc . The Bandit engine was derived from the original 1052cc engine that was bumped up to 1157cc .The creator of video clearly claimed it was the Bandit that had a 1152 cc engine . The
The handling on the Bandit is actually pretty good if you are just riding public roads and not going racetrack speed. The fork does dive a fair bit under hard braking , but other then that no complaints at sub-racetrack speeds . Most reviews are nonsense in that regard and review it as though it was done on a track . Really the same with any sport bike also . On the streets are you going to notice the difference in performance between a Gixxer and a Panigale ? Or even on a track would an average rider be able to discern that ?
