I got my 23 plate gsxs-1000 from cupar too, didn't get the system but I've bought my own, I went for the black widow system with my old arrow exhaust. The yoshi sounds lovely but I couldn't justify the price

Video coming Sunday has some proper exhaust note recordings in it. The yoshi is expensive, never thought I would pay the money but couldn’t resist it in the end up!

I’ve had a grey one for two years and it is a fabulous all rounder Fitted Puig screen and wind deflector. RG front fender extender and Puig rear hugger extender. Oxford heated grips and bar buster racing hand guards. When touring I fitted sw motec blade pannier system which is awesome and pretty much all of it comes off in seconds. Great in the twisty roads and comfortable long distance. A very inexpensive and underrated missile of a bike 👍

Hello, great to hear this! I’m interested in the screen for sure, I had a screen on my old gsx-s750z phantom and I loved it, this thing gets pretty hairy at high speed haha, I’m sure you know what I mean! I’m looking to do a long tour next summer, currently planning possible routes. A missile is correct, great fun all round!

Do a tune if u haven't yet, I got same bike and exhaust - it runs lean 6-9k with this exhaust to the point of dangerous if prolonged use in that rev range. Also, rcs19 master cylinder , better pads and steel braided lines made a big difference for braking

Yeah been toying with this idea. In Scotland we are limited with motorbike tuners, so we might need to send the ECU’s away! Thanks for the comment 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Costs as much to uncork a GSX-S950 to 150bhp,as it does and other models using the K5 motor...they run at 128bhp standard at the rear wheel! P.S; Steve Hislop used to get off the Norton at the TT,in case it ignited during fueling...best not sitting on it!(says he whose face was set alight this week by paint thinners).

Becareful with warranty claims with it already modded. It will probably develop the hot start LOUD ticking. There is a bulletin out about the valves need to be adusted to a different spec. I have a video on my page of it when it first started. It got a lot louder. Most of them develop it it seems. If it doesn't bother you then ride on. For me and my OCD, I needed it fixed. It was embarrassing and it happened almost immediatly after the 600 mile oil change.

Yoshimura r11 titanium race exhaust. It’s come with headers, mid pipe and r11 exhaust can. Fitted by Cupar Motorcycles in Fife, Scotland.

Nice one bud your exhaust sounds amazing, I bought the Grey Acro edition from Cupar 2 weeks ago absolutely love it , gon up for first service end of this month, I’m in EK il watch out for you , I’m at Largs, Luss and the wellie a lot probably bump into you at some point, absolutely brilliant bikes love mine 👍take care enjoy

@@Davidlouis3 aye, they have an excellent pre owned market mate can’t deny that. My old gsxR1000 17 plate bought it for 9.5k sold it back to them for 9 a year later, the used market is the right place to be. I just couldn’t say no to the full brand new package every mod included in one price, was a great day haha!

@@DreamscapeAutomotiveSo did it come from cupar with the full system? or did you pay the £1700 after you bought it? .Ive got a gsxs1000gt with same engine .a wee bit tappety @3000mile and was gonny try a warranty claim to get it sorted before getting the exhaust and tune ( but bloomin MoM is out the game now and i need to travel... Only thing is im wondering who tunes out the cat and sensors near the glasgow area. These engines run hot/ lean and could do with a tune for a little more mid range power and smoothing . Ill give yea a nod if i see yea chap!
