Very nice bike :) would like to have one What other tanks than GS 550 -78 would fit the ES? And is there issues by ditching the original airfilter box, how to get engine to run smooth?

I don't really know what other tanks who will fit, the 550 tank did require some mods too, when the original airbox is replaced the carburetors needs to be re-jetted because the increase of air, also good quality pod-filters helps and a way to restrict airflow otherwise the carburetors won't function as they are designed to
@@henric140 I guess you did everything right :) any change you could give me the specs on the jets/podfilters, cause I'm gonna do the same with my 1987 gsx 750 ES?
