Thank you for this very good video showing that there are so many things you can do yourself, I have just bought a 2019 Vitara and will change a few things, I have bought the clock and was concerned as to where would the plug be, so you have helped me already, Thank You.
+Chiausa Bast: Hi! Thank you very much! :-) I didn't show how to remove the airbag device, because that's a very important saftey part. So I suggest everybody who is not 100% sure about what to do, to give that job to a repair shop of your choice. If you really want to do it yourself, the 1st step is, as you mentioned, to detach the battery system an wait about 15 minutes. Then you can start to remove the drivers airbag: when you look at the steering wheel from the back, you can see one hole at each side. This is where you can push back a holding spring by using a screwdriver. You should feel how the spring eases as you push the screwdriver... if you don't, you have missed the right position. ;-) If you have done it right, you can easily pull the airbag device to you at one side. Than you have to repeat it on the other side so you can move the airbag from the original position. The next step is to unplug the airbag and the horn so you can carefully remove the airbag device and lay it aside with the suzuki s pointing to the top. Now you can replace the original grey coloured part against an accessory part in the colour of your choice. This one is only fixed with two screws. To reenter the airbag device, first plug the horn and the airbag and than push it back into position. The holding springs will automatically attach the device. The last step is to reconnect the battery and perhaps you have to adjust the clock, radio etc if that informations are lost in the meantime. Once again: be carefull with the airbag, don't use force and only work at it when the battery has been detached for 15 minutes!
+Chiausa Bast: oh man, that went horribly wrong! But don't worry: your steering wheel/drivers airbag will surely be fixed soon and your Vitara will look greater then ever before! Some lessons have just to be learned the hard way! 😉

Sure! So the shipping costs to NZ are 65,- Euro. The armrest without VAT is round about 150,- Euro. The price with shipping would be 215,- Euro which today correspond to 329 NZD. The delivery time is 10 to 14 days. Now I have to check if the 5% duty for motor vehicle parts is applicable or if there is a limit to which it is free of customs duty. Do you know details for that?
Weiß jemand wie das Teil heißt, was den Uhrenplatz belegt wo das suzuki logo drauf ist? Does somebody know the name of the thing that covers the clockslot? That one with the suzuki logo?

+Serg Serg : Ah ok, well this part is only available in superior white (26U) or cosmic black pearl metallic (ZCE). (And in chromed...) If you want it for example in bright red (ZCF) you have to bring the parts to the paint shop. That shouldn't be a problem for them. :-)

+Juan Carlos García: Shipment would be 23,99 Euro. The 169,- Euro would be for the chrom parts plus the front guard in black where it is mounted. Unfortunatly I can't get them separatly. The only thing you would have to change is the SUZUKI S from your current front grill. Of course you can also check your local suzuki dealer or repair shop... perhaps it is cheaper in Spain or you can at least save the shipping costs. Greetings from Germany! :-)
