nice video, and thanks for it. just as a comment on the size of the magnet, the stock magnet of the speaker si made of NEODYNIUM ( so it doesn't need to be big ) , reason for that is: it's much stronger magnet for less weight and size, and we all know car manufacturers try to lower the stock weight of the car as much as possible.
Not a bad demo but you left out one of the most important parts - how to remove the door panel! (you only show screws removed but do not show how to unclip insert and panels)
Unfortunately, the most important thing was not shown in all three parts. How to remove the door cover. How the original speaker is mounted. Is it fixed with screws or rivets. If they are rivets, how to remove them. What the speaker holes look like and where they are located. How to remove the original speaker. Can the glass on the door be lowered to the end. There is more, but this is the most important thing.
