Yup, not balanced at all. For mugen 'games' you at least want to try to make sure all the characters are on a fair plane somehow, everyone has to have more or less the same number of moves. Otherwise its just yet another low effort 'oh grab characters from here and there and call it a game'.
@@shirakani it's more or less a balancing act of how strong those moves are, Ken's moves have heavy combo potential, imo I think he should do less damage if he's gonna have that many options to work with
@@bluefalcon6356 Agreed that if you have more tools you should have lower damage, but that wasn't taken into consideration either. A lot of MUGEN and OpenBOR games fall short because of this. Too many ppl just take characters from elsewhere, throw them together and call it a game. Its never that simple.
@@shirakani yeah agreed, the only mugen game I've seen that can be taken seriously is kof wing 2019 along with kof memorial level 2, those games are combo heavy and aren't necessarily ripped from games
Better matchups: Blanka vs Cham Cham Athena vs Rose Dhalsim vs Tung I like Lee vs Vega/Balrog, but it think Choi (because they have claws), Eiji Kisaragi(Because there both ninjas) or Yamazaki is a better fit lorewise Khushwood Butt vs Sean Hotaru vs Ibuki Kasumi vs Hokuto Shiki vs Morrigan Akari vs Tabasa Hazon vs Strider

He's a fucking scrub and a poser when it comes to SNK games. He wouldn't appreciate it. Plus, he always shits on Mugen. He isn't the best RU-vid ambassador to fighting games that the internet makes him out to be.
I like Heavy D! and Lee and all, but I would replace them with someone not similar to Balrog/M. Bison and Vega/Balrog like there is Yamazaki, hell Yashiro (Shermie has been in crossovers) and maybe if someone has the patience to sprite work Charlotte or Jeanne D' Arc from World Heroes. Then there is Kensou. Replace Bao for Kensou. Why not have Guy since he has a KOF style sprite out there and Alex is coming too. There is many questions?
Looks really good, more than the original. But it needs to change some details, like the sprites of some characters and that "hitsparks" Just an observation
You know, more Last Blade characters would of worked and also, Blanka and Cammy need a retouch up to fit more KOF. Their sprites look awkward, but they still have the 3, 4, and 5 standard KOF cell shading.

Ficou legal, mas seria mais interessante se pudesse jogar de trio. Inclusive eu acho que esse é um defeito do próprio SVC chaos original, que só joga single play
