Well here is another mowing video using the newer Iron Craft Tree Reaper. I like this mower for some small quick clearing jobs. It worked great for what I was doing today.
This is the regular gear motor with no mulching teeth. And the Kubota is running in standard flow.

Curious if your cutter blade carrier has a bit of a warp to it. Mine's off just a bit so there's some vibration as it spools up. I run the Tree Reaper on a 75-3 with high flow and it works pretty well. Will defiantly take down a 7" tree and grinds up just fine for a walking path.

Mine has absolutely zero vibration. It runs so smooth that sometimes I can't tell if its running.
