SW-Motech EVO Electric Tank Bag mechanism "Top Ring" 

‪@SW-MOTECH‬ still sells the Top Ring that can electrify most EVO tank bags and possibly also the Ion tank bags. this mechanism isn't made to work with the Pro system but it is possible you could attempt to retrofit it with a lot of desperate fabrication.
