TRYING THIS AGAIN!
Welcome everyone & to a few new subscribers, this has been re uploaded due to a technical issue with my intro, which for some reason went silly when I created the video but I didnt realise is went on so long, but then again I do skip through intros so I didnt see it as a problem (to me anyway)

Hi Freda, love your happy positive smile, so glad your feeling good! I’ve put on over past two weeks, struggling but still trying, hope your week continues going in a good direction. Love your hair trim, wish my hair was as thick as yours, mine fine and loosing lots! Take care, Martha x

Thanks Martha. Hope you can change things around & have a loss very soon. I had 5 weeks of gains but my own fault. My hair has always been thick, I do lose a lot too. Have a great week & wrap up warm xx
