In so much pain with my knees especially the right, can hardly walk, I did go back to SW but I can't continue as I just can't concentrate or afford it to be honest, really struggling, I just have to try to do it alone. Oh love i'm so sorry, i do know where you're coming from, ive got arthritus in my knees too, its so painful isnt it!! Makes every little thing you do so hard!! No i dont go to group either, i joined online in february so if theres anything you need to check syns of then just let me know and i'll have a look. Must admit i'm having a week off it this week because i just get fed up of having to think about it sometimes! But i do need to get the weight off and my only reason is to take the pressure of my painful legs and knees!! This getting older lark isnt all its cracked up to be is it 😂. I was 4lbs from target the week before the first lockdown and now I've well over a stone to lose! We've just got to keep on keeping on! Take care of yourselfXX
Bless you, God loves a trier 💕 keep chipping away lovely you will get there but you need to take care of yourself. Sounds like you have the same eating pattern as most nurses I know, yes you have a lunch but it’s a working one with disruptions. I’m still doing WW and have lost 10lb since March so it really suits me as its controlled my portions. Have a good week lovely it’s nice to see you back 💕

Nice to see you back Freda. I've been travelling a very similar path to you, I've weighed in at 14.13 this week which is a total loss of 3st 4lbs. I gained 3lbs during lockdown but overall am 10lbs heavier than this time last year! I desperately want to get my 4stone award back and lose a further 2 stone. So, lets stick together, we can do it!!!

Well done on your loss. Yes its very hard i find im comfort eating far too much. I didnt go out much before I'm more of a home bird so I don't know why I'm doing this I've kept just over 7 stone off for 10 years or more now but I'm half a stone more than I was just after Xmas. I need to pull it back now before it gets too muchxx

Hi Freda How great to have a 2lb loss in these very trying times.It’s so difficult for all of us in very different ways Someone said we’re not all in the same boat we’re in the same storm but in very different vessels and I thought that was very true and certainly struck a cord with me.I haven’t been able to cuddle my 7 month old grandson for almost 6 weeks now and it’s very hard However my mantra at present is that however difficult our days may be especially if we live alone these rules are a small price to pay to keep us and our loved ones safe.All things pass and this won’t last forever Keep well and safe. Hi Frieda, Missed your vlog and happy to see you looking fabulous and well. What a lovely haul! n the hat does suit you. Looks really good! Weightwise, we have to make the best choices in the current situation. I feel totally lost with No routine, no family/grandkids, no going out, no distractions, n to top it up, craving to EAT snacks all the time. 😢 I too will be glad to come out of this lockdown with a maintain or just a little gain as have to stay home for at least 12 weeks, as am at a higher risk, thus no walking n limited movement...but it will soon pass. 😍 Thanks for sharing this lovely vlog.
