Sounds fantastic. Can you make a disco style "stabs" (Jamiroquai - Cosmic Girl, Boney M - Sunny ect.) on SWAM plugin ???

It's really unclear what hardware or controller is needed. On website it says: it could be an Expression pedal, a Breath Controller, a wheel, a knob, a slider, a Wind Controller, a Seaboard, a LinnStrument, a Touché, a mobile App capable of sending MIDI data, and so on. That doesn't help. Point to a link instead of naming as there are 1000's and I don't know if a brand I choose will work. And which is better and what are cons and pros of pedal vs breath controller? Which works best for Cello? I emailed support and didn't get a reply.

Hi Bijan, that’s weird. We reply to all requests. When did you write to our support? Anyway, we cannot say “this is better that that”. It really depends on how you are used to control expressivity: several customers prefer breath, others prefer using wheels, othes prefer sliders, others are used to touch controllers… The most important thing is that they must be MIDI controllers, that’s it. We can mention TEControl breath controller, Moog EP3 expression pedal, ROLI Seaboard, Roger Linn Design LinnStrument, and many others

Hi Rafael, actually, it was the default preset of SWAM Violin v2. v3 Violin default preset is not so far from it. Do you feel it so different?

Open strings sound different than fingered. And vibrato is impossible on them. What have you done to match these characteristics?

I mean Vibrato. When i play after some USER DEFINED time delay is it possible to VIBRATO to take place automatically without Moving ModWheel or Any other knobs ?

@@swarafusionband420 nope. The maximum “fade-in” allowed is 1000 ms (Advanced section). We absolutely want to avoid that users use vibrato without controlling it in real-time, otherwise it sounds too fake

I have the SWAM sax and it can be done. Most parameters can be assigned to a CC for physical control.

Is there a way to tell the software to play only on the g string or only on the e string?

Hi noreaction! You can choose between three different positions on the neck: "Open Strings + Nut" means that the priority for the string selection is for open strings or close to the nut, "Mid" means in a middle position, "Bridge" means that priority is to play towards the bridge. This way you can always achieve a good sound while having enough flexibility for the fingering.

@@101Licious Sorry I didn't mean to get defensive but I get tired of other people who say it sounds synthetic when they clearly meant "sounds fake" or reading other comments on other videos of people flat out saying "it's fake play the real thing" mainly when it comes to stuff like brass and saxophones for some reason. I clearly misunderstood the context of your comment, I agree not all physical modeling synths are good and I can understand why many people prefer sample libraries over physical modeling but it is capible of creating sounds that otherwise wouldn't be possible in real life not that I have any physical modeling VSTs.
