At Swansea University, we are driving forward medical and healthcare training through our state-of-the-art Simulation and Immersive Learning Centre.
Our vision is to facilitate Simulation Based Education for medical and healthcare staff and students with patient safety and quality care at the heart of what we do.
Simulation and immersive learning is dynamic and interactive, encompassing complete sensory immersion, Virtual Reality and touchscreen technology. It is designed to complement traditional teaching methods and, when used together, our learners will develop a deeper, more practical understanding of their subject area.
