Swapping headlights on the Indian Chieftains

Brandon Bicasso - Goes to show how the right tools are key. Having a heat gun for example... Also, Jarrett's one liners - think I counted at least 3 and maybe a fourth, cracking me up. The dude is f-ing funny yet always looks so serious. Just realized the music in your videos have some Kruder & Dorfmeister or DJ Cam (i.e. Mad Blunted Jazz) influences. Digging it all. One more thing...like *both* 2018 and 2019 Chieftains, would have liked to have the headdress on the pre-2019 Chieftain Limited and Dark Horse and one that actually lit-up.

I installed the Hogworkz halo lights on my white 17 Limited. Going from regular halogen to led I had to adjust them. There are videos on RU-vid that helped me with that. Also side note, if your uncle wants a little more giddy up, 558 cams. Had them installed and what a difference. He would get some more grunt out of his exhaust too.

Very bright for those late night rides.

I prefer the looks of the 18's over the 19's and the reason is that the 19's looks like a Streetglide so I call it the chiefglide. On the 2018 and older you could tell the difference between indian and harley, now the look the same from the distance.

I like the 18 fairing and lights, I don't like the 19 fairing at all. That's just me.

Nice job! I like the extra touches of painting the headlight ring to match. Just lit the war bonnet on my 19 Chieftain and it's nice how you can simply pop that bezel off to get at things.

Those came out great. I like the classic look of the 3 lights. Also, I didn't know Lenore worked on the highway maintenance crew, in her orange jumper!

I like the 18 better because of the turn signals in the fairing but the 19 is cut and dry, very simple to swap. I have the 2020 Chieftain Limited.

I just put the same lights in my 17 chieftain limited. They are great for cheap amazon led. I like the 19 best looks sweet with the black headlight ring. I suggest going to harbor freight and getting a variety of metric Allen sockets for work on indians

There is so much joke to say about her orange jump suit. So much joke to say. But I will simply WTF ..... Ps, Where is Mr Victory? Ps, Would have love to see a night ride with the light on. Also a night light before and after. Maybe for next time. Wink

Where'd Jarrett get his brain surgeon PHD from cuz daymn that's a LOT of work. If I ever go Super Size on the Chieftain I'm totally paying the man to set me up with LED lighting when I buy the bike. They both look great, hopefully they light up the road a ton more. Great idea to black out that trim ring too, looks sharp. 18 vs 19? Hmm I gotta go old school with the '18 look....

I have the halo hogworks on my white 2019 Indian chieftain. Not sure I’m happy with it. The halo is cool against the black... but the light is not a huge plus compared to the standard LED. The ‘bright’ I am also not impressed with. Might send back and splurge on the JW adaptive. Great videos. Love my 19 smoke white.

I'm partial to Lenore's setup because I prefer the classic look. I have 19 RM and considering Jared's headlight if I feel up to swapping out all 3 lamps. We'll see.

Still need to change out my driving lights, now i know what it takes.

there are 2 screws on the front loosen those up take them out and the housing will be exposed once you remove the bezel.

It's not an easy job taking those fairings appart is it. Maybe the new Indian you'll get will come with LED lights 🤔😉😂 I'll keep teasing you. Nice video as always.

Prefer the 18. Did the same swap but my lights have skull art in them with black background. The 19 is way easier to work the front on!

I like the looks of the lights on both, the 18 looks good with the three lights, to bad the simplicity of swapping them out isn't like the 19. Ride a Kawasaki Vulcan right now. Can't beat paid for!

I like how the lights don't come on automatically when u turn the bike on. Im bringin my bikes to Jarrett's garage dammit. Imma drive all the way from Illinois to alabama to go to Jarretts bike shop...lol. And I like the two small lights in the black bike and the headlight in the white bike, where can you find those lights?

Both of those Indians look real nice. Wish I could find replacement for my 2016 Springfield headlight to improve day/night riding. Looked for it but no luck. Any ideas? Let me know. Videos are great. Keep 'em coming bro.
