This is how I do color. Gotta have my neutral tones with a little pop of color, with a skin tint being my natural glow for my dry as a desert skin. Love the look. ❤
Amanda is such lovely person, I enjoy her channel as well. She has such a different way of doing her makeup from me but I still get so much inspiration from her for my looks. When I think of her I think bold colors but simple 2-3 shadow looks with something super metalic haha definitely different from you as well, this was so fun to watch.😂❤

Looking forward seeing hers My makeup pref is pretty much identical to yours - and the reason I don't do neutrals/toned down eye looks, is cause I think it either just looks like a tan (tanned eyelids...) OR watered down?! Glad everyone does their thing - and that we're all different

Fun swap. Cant wait for your palettes of the year video. I started seeing rankings pop up in my feed. I absolutely LOVE the Passion in Paris palette you reccomended last year. Stunning and easy to use. After all Ive tried this year id still rank it top 5. Its just actually hard to find palettes that have both great shimmers and mattes, versatility, ease of use, and cute packaging. Affordable to boot.

Angie, I loved the look and this video is a great opportunity for me to tell you that one of the aspects of your channel I love the most is that you inspire me to try new things regarding makeup and life things in general!! Lately I’ve been loving to wear a light touch of a toasted orange blush with a beaming highlight, which is something I wasn’t used to doing at all. This video only proves how nice and fun it can be to explore makeup!
Brilliant 👏 😊 everything looks pretty on you & everyone looks pretty in everything 😆 ❤️ we must seek the right balance for us ! Amanda said no powder, but you can still blot with a tissue if you need to tone down the glowiness! I have tan olive skin & I love color & texture, but recently, I've realized not all colors look good on me, and they don't make me feel pretty or artistic with my makeup anymore, so I've accepted the fact "less is more" , "neutrals looks better" , "softer colorful" & "one & done" looks on me, still with COLOR and texture (now they lean more muted ,grunge or jeweled) & I found the right balance for my way of wearing makeup! Don't get wrong, sometimes i go wild to my old ways of doing my makeup & I just love the balance & the acceptance I've made 💕
#OliveForLife I feel your pain on color. It's why I'm so grateful I'm totally work from home. No one can see my crazy 👀! But yes, muted and grungy or jeweled are my go to's as well.

This was fun! I have been trying to avoid watching any new product reviews. Inflation is killing me and I already have enough makeup. I am always super tempted when you give something a good review because I tend to like the same things. I wish I could send you that Becca skin tint that you live so much because I hated it. I feel like I’m a mix between your styles. I like bright bold colorful and shiny eyeshadow but hate powder bright lipstick and foundation. I cannot tolerate falsies concealer mascara on my lower lashes or tight liner. Not that it looks bad. I can’t stand the way it feels. Anything too close to my lower lash line or on the inner corner irritates the crap out of me no matter how cute it looks. Falsies never fit me properly no matter how I try to trim them because my eyes are too small and the glue really irritates my skin. I like both of your styles! It is fun to see you trying something new with old products
Ooh, now I need to try something like this - well the eye look that is. I can't be doing with the dewy look, just looks greasy on me. But I adore colour, whilst not having the confidence or style to pull off the more dramatic versions you usually showcase and lashes are too much like hard work for me. So this is more interesting than just neutrals, but a bit more approachable too.
Loved this collab...I religiously watch both of you. I'm somewhere between you & Amanda in style/skin-type/coloring, so it's nice to get inspiration from both of you. FYI...I really enjoy how creative you are with your content & teaching some new techniques/color combos (a lot of beauty RU-vidrs are stuck in ruts)...keep up the good work! 🥰
This is sooo different than what you actually do :) I like it, it looks stunning on you, but I love your colourfull eye looks even better, I find so much inspiration in your regular eyelooks. You've inspired me to buy glossgods and odenseye, my inner multichrome lover is jumping blackflips, my wallet is crying :D I like the birthmarks tip, I usually wipe of makeup from mine, I can't find matching pencil to draw it.
