When your right nostril is active while you sleep, you are more likely to enjoy a sound sleep. To activate your right nostril while sleeping, just turn to your left side and sleep.

Suddenly a thought came, that before going to gym we eat banana hence activating the left nostril i.e creating n relaxing side. So what should we eat instead of banana?
Trying closing one nostril and inhale-exhale through the other...then do the same with the other nostril...the one through which you can inhale and exhale with more ease is the active nostril at that particular time.
Namaste 🙏 I have a question. You said if one nostril is dominant for too long then that means there is serious damage to the nervous system. My right nostril is blocked most of the day. I also have deviated septum in this same nostril. Is there anything that can be done? And How do i regulate and recover the nervous system? Looking forward to your reply 🙏
