Great video. I got mine in the fall also. I used it about 6 times before the grass went dormant. It is amazing how awesome the lawn looks after cutting with the swardman. I got a ton of comments as well from neighbors on how nice my lawn looked with the cut of the swardman. I subscribed to your channel. I’m looking forward to how the swardman works out for you. That is a beautiful mower and looks like the one I have built a number of times on the RR website (I'm considering the smooth front roller). Is that the dark blue that RR shows as a color option? I look forward to more content on the reel mower, things you are learning each time you use it and how your lawn leveling comes along. Nice work.
I went through the same thing building mowers out on RR. Yes, this is the Dark Blue RAL 5002 (on RR Website). It really does perform as videos show. Looking forward the projects this upcoming season. if you have any questions on your mower, send me a message - happy to help
Congratulations! I just ordered an Edwin a few weeks ago. Maybe have it in my hands in March-ish! Can't wait. What height did you cut for your first mow, after going over with the toro?
Congratulations. Setup was very easy, just understand it takes about half of the provided bottle of oil. I think I went a little over 1”. The grass did look scalped when I did this but after cutting it more (3 times a week) it started to look better. If you have any questions feel free to send me a DM. I’d be happy to help. -MDLC
