Great coming across this video. I use a 1970 Carl Gustaf 1900 in .270win and using the Swarovski 3.5-18x44 BRH-i reticle, I get unbelievable accuracy. Me being 74 years old now, this is my keeper. Love it.
I have one of these scopes with this reticle. A Z5 5-25x52 BRX. it works very well if your used to the same round all the time, takes a bit of getting used to. But I love em
I think there are many excellent rifle scopes on the market today. If you are a Swarovski believer like I am then you are a true believer. Of course price is always a factor in your decision making.
This way of testing under these ideal downhill landscaped conditions are a bit too much 'conditioned' as one will rarely encounter those in the practical world of hunting. Now try the same again shooting from a totally flat contoured terrain or from a very 'lightly' angled uphill position and you'll be hitting dirt below the target at the longer ranges; considering all these shots were taken from a substantial downhill angle and therefore all shots will naturally impact 'higher', as they also would while shooting from the similar angle uphill!!
