+JohnSmithTheDude Hahah wow - that's an extra benefit of these pants that I never even thought of. I'll have to tell the designer. Thanks so much for the comment and for practicing with me!
She is the best in terms of learning and understanding the details. Breathing into areas, where to draw what in what place, huge breath!, that is my favorite thing to hear from her, because it reminds me. BUT THE BIGGEST ADVANTAGE TO HER CLASSES, FOR THOSE OF YOU DONIG CLASSES ON YOU TUBE: One can understand what she she is doing based on her words alone, so at least I don't have to constantly look at the screen. One problem, her class is so good, that I don't feel the need to go to yoga class.so much. I will By the way, I have been doing yoga for years and only through her did I learn to do the waarior poses correctly, esp. Warrior 1!!! It always felt impossible to have any forward orientation with the hips. Anyone have a similar experience? Thank you Brett!!!
Ms Larkin, that was absolutely amazing. Here in the UK, I am suggesting yoga to patients because of their posture. I will point them in the direction of your website. May you continue to inspire many other people to perform yoga especially if they choose not to go to a class. Infinite success. Infinite peace. Infinite thanks. Namaste. 🙏
I love Steve Ross. I haven't found anyone I like as much as him until now. I LOVE your optional accompanying playlist. LOVE it. Great job. Your descriptions of each pose really take it to another level too.
What can I say, You’re the best!! Seriously, you are my favorite Yoga Instructor TO DATE!!! I love you!!! Thank you for always being able to count on you for getting exactly what I need!!!! “From my heart to yours, Namaste!!!”
Perfect practice after 45 minutes of snow shoveling! Did the Detox one yesterday and loved it also. Thank you for making these! I am going to watch your "What to Know" about teacher training since it is a life goal!
Love love love!!!! You are the best thanks so much for just being so easy and fun!!!! You've really helped me feel better I'm able to do so many things with little pain and discomfort. I feel like I may have a real chance to heal and live a normal life again.
I've never done yoga before but I decided to jump in and I loved it. I felt muscles quivering that I didn't know existed. Super sweaty and super pumped to have a channel in my life to check out and work out with that I can use daily. Seriously, thanks!
so glad I found this! like an hour class without all the fluff! nice and challenging and the play list adds a lot. thanks dog! will add this to my list
This was great. Many times, when I do yoga practices that are labeled as “vigorous“ or “sweaty,“ I don’t sweat. I’m not a really sweaty person anyways; but I wanted to let you know that in this practice today I was really glistening! LOL Thanks.

Brett -- amazing class! Love your precise coaching and adaptations. I also really appreciate the breathing cues, since they are essential to any yoga practice. Your classes are fantastic. I know you donate these classes for free to the world. How do I get to join the subscription service... or donate to you??? Ella
Good morning Brett.! This may just be my favorite practice at the moment. Really gets me working hard!! I highly recommend this class for all intermediate yogis. Have a fabulous day and a wonderful New Years Eve tomorrow!! ;) #Namaste. Rob
Really great flow, thank you much for an excellent workout! Not really sure I have a panty line... but I figured out where I think you were directing things!
Hi, Is there any schedule that needs to be followed for yoga or I can just pick any video and do it? Have been doing only one of your video everyday :) Thanks
Selena Phan yoga isnt about calories. it is about muscle activation and detoxifying even when it is sweaty. you would never lose 50lbs or maybe anybweoght from yoga alone unless someone ate say an all veggie diet where they truly limit intake to a ridiculous level.
@@CamdenSmithNaples No, not really, I'm pretty average weight(132lbs) and I lost weight with yoga and got more toned, no special diet at all although I do try and avoid processed foods as much as I can
@@aliasofia8248 yes you can lose weight with yoga if it's interval yoga and it's fast Flow Yoga and you're eating a Super Clean Diet but what my point was to her is that most people just don't eat a Clean Diet. Your metabolism is set as a Harvard study has released in a recent study and you can't boost your metabolism from say super difficult after exercise all it does is Boost, temporarily, your caloric burn which is necessary if you're not eating a super clean diet. I'm Type 1 diabetic so super clean diet is considered no meat technically and I eat meat but I have lost weight doing yoga just a couple of pounds however it looks like I've lost 10 because my muscles have leaned out. So to make a long story long LOL I agree with you you can lose weight but if people have tons of weight to lose they're going to have to add a lot of cardio.
@@CamdenSmithNaples Yeah but diet is the most important factor in weight loss and maintenance, exercise is more for toning and increasing lean muscle mass. I guess you do need to do strenght training and cardio to vary it up and get the best results
@@aliasofia8248 exactly what I said, diet is key abcs most people don't monitor it. Wont lifting is a great way to change your body shape in a concise way but it can bulk you. So I think balance is always key.
