Sweden becomes Main Focus for massive NATO defence exercises 

NATO forces, under exercise BALTOPS 24 deployed over 30 ships and thousands of troops to the Baltic Region in June 2024.
This video primarily follows USA, Netherlands, Spanish and Polish forces deployment operations in and around Sweden, in particular on the Swedish Island of Gotland, often dubbed a ‘giant aircraft carrier’
Now that Sweden is a NATO member Gotland is now seen as a critical element to Nato's defence strategy in the Baltics region against Russian aggression.
This years BALTOPS 2024 is the 53rd iteration of NATO’s Baltic Operations and is the alliance’s largest amid the inclusion of new members Finland and Sweden and security concerns with Russia.
