I managed to witness and have it on video, when the King of Sweden drove by probably with President of Finland Sauli Niinistö at 17th of May 2022. President Niinistö was in a state visit at that time with NATO joining talks.

probably used an armoured car and Volvo's cannot be because of low engine power. I am not an expert but probably a heavily armoured car needs at least 5000-6000cc engine that Volvo does not have
