Swedish Almond Cake 🎂 | Sweet & Soft 😊 

Hiii everyone!! This almond cake is very nice to have on the side with a nice cup of afternoon tea! It is very soft and sweet and it's very easy to make. Experiment and give these a try! 🥰
Recipe for Swedish Almond Cake:
Ingredients:
Cream:
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 65g Sugar
- 90ml Milk
- 120g Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Cake Base:
- 4 Egg Whites
- 65g Sugar
- 150g Almond Flour
- Lemon Peel (from 1 lemon)
- 25g Roasted Almond Flakes
How to make:
Follow the video and have fun! Just remember to bake your almond cake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/4 Gas Mark for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown!
