Frenchkitty, thanks! Glade you like it and my kitty! The granulated thingy is sugar, I don't think you have it in the US but if you come to Sweden you will see it on all cinnamon buns! Kind of crunch and doesn't melt. Love it!

I used to make cinnamon rolls once a week for one restaurant that I worked for. I might try them here at home sometime, but I am used to making a very large batch.

@ShinjuHoshi Swedish buns are made in Sweden, and a guess from my part, the American ones are originated from Sweden or other parts of Europe...

it's a Swedish "schottis", folk dance music. it's fun you like it, I do too! don't know where you can find it, ask or search for some schottis music online? :-)
