I never thought I'd like such a dark movie like this. But EVERYONE did a OUTSTANDING job! I love all of Helena's songs and Johnny's voice is really incredible:D I also like the song that goes "I feel you Johanna." Love this! Thank you, Tim Burton!
I WAS RIGHT!!! I KNEW those blades opened up a little fast! lol that's genious, making them like a switchblade! I would've been annoyed if I had to learn how to shave someone with them though :/ Kudos to you Johnny!
Tim Burton is the best movie/flim production minds of our time. No one can beat his imagination and his..his..world he has given us. Boy, do I hope to meet him someday...gosh that'd be great....

I postponed watching this movie for many years because I deeply object to the subject matter, I never was a fan of Johnny Depp or Helena Bohem Carter, I tried watching a bit a few years ago but the moment Johnny Depp opened his mouth so sing "there's no place like London" (very first scene), I thought the music was just terrible.i finally watched it a few weeks ago - only because of Alan Rickman. And guess what : after getting over the initial shock (kept my eyes closed during the throat slitting scenes); I discovered i actually liked both Depp and Carter. As for the music - it's creepily beautiful. Such difficult songs and so many changes in speed, tone, melody. I've been trying to sing "Worst pies in London" (karaoke) every day - still can't quite get it right. This is a criminal song, makes one deeply admire the composer and any actress who can deliver it.
I sing "A little priest" to myself in Home Ec class allll the time. It's fun to sing songs about baking people into pies while cooking in public right?
Omg yes!!! I think it should be mandatory!! 😂 I especially love the part of the song that says “And we’ve got some shepherds pie peppered with actual shepherd on top” 😂😂
@missrowanb2009 That's not true: she knew she was pregnant, so she couldn't drink her coffee and that was very hard for her. She talked about it in the actress roundtable 2011
