Look into a higher quality mic, or examine your audio settings as your mic is WAY too hot in this.

Nice video. But the audio is almost unbearable. The gain is way too high. Other than that. Great recipie!

For the last 10 minutes, try taking it out, flipping the bacon and adding a layer of brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to the other side so that the both get some love. Bump up the temp to 375 and finish the final 10 minutes.
