📋INGREDIENTS:
👉 FRUIT JELLY CANDIES
Oranges - 3 pcs
Kiwi or green grapes - 400 g
Red strawberries or red currants - 1 package
Frozen black currants or plums - 300 g
Sugar - 180 g
Instant gelatin - 80 g
Recipe for 1 type of jelly candy:
Fruit puree - 150 g
Sugar - 45 g
Gelatin - 20 g
🧑🍳Preparation steps:
Make 4 colored purees:
Orange juice: add 45 g of sugar and 20 g of gelatin.
Grapes: blend and strain the puree through a sieve, add 30 g of sugar and 20 g of gelatin.
Strawberries: blend and strain the puree through a sieve, add 45 g of sugar and 20 g of gelatin.
Black currants: blend and strain the puree through a sieve, add 45 g of sugar and 20 g of gelatin.
Once the gelatin has swollen, pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat to boiling, stirring constantly with a silicone spatula.
When all particles are dissolved, pour the mixture from the saucepan into silicone molds, pouring different colors in rows.
Place the molds on flat trays and put them in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Remove the jelly from the molds and transfer to a plate.
