I think a petition ought to be sent to King Charles to enable a mentorship program for young children who show true passion for the Kings Horse Guard. This will boost the morale of the soldiers to see young children so enthusiastic about military life. Offer a summer program when children are out of school. Allow the guards to go to schools to show what a life of service is truly about. Even allow the kids a peak behind the curtain to see the training that is required. I believe by doing this, King Charles will possess the most dedicated, professional young people that when it comes time for them to sign up, they will already be ready to handle the duties before them. The pride of the Military, of the families cannot be unnoticed.
