Sweet Lotus Seed Dessert (Leng Chi Kang)

Here is where papa showcase his home cooking skill with simple dishes that everyone can cook.
Portion for 4 paxs
Ingredients:
- 100g Lotus seeds
- 100g Ginkgo nuts
- 50g Dried longan
- 40g Snow fungus (white fungus)
- 150g Rock sugar (may add more to increase the sweetness)
- 10 Pandan leaves
- 1.5 litres Water
Note:-
We're using slow cooker, you may cook using pressure cooker or over the stove.
Cooking time:
- Pressure cooker (30 - 40mins)
- Stove (45 mins - 1hour)
