3 lbs chicken wings
✅️Season the wings:
3 - 4 tsps Chicken Seasoning
2 tsps crushed allspice
2 tsps paprika
salt and pepper as desired
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsps minced ginger
3 tbsps Green seasoning
2 tbsps soy sauce
1/2 - 1 tsp Browning
✅️Sauce:
1/2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tsps ginger
1 - 1 1/4 cup Mango nectar
2 tbsps tomato ketchup
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 - 3 tsps vinegar
3 - 4 tbsps sugar (more or less depending on the sweetness of the mango)
