Dah I feel soooo silly.....never thought of running two flowers together in the basic flower molds....but glad that you showed us since I know now! LOVE LOVE LOVE this whole collection!
Waiting for my Peony collection to arrive from Hochanda! Had to get it because my husband is an avid gardener and has an amazing collection of peonies, including some rare ones. I was able to easily justify my purchase of this collection to him because I'm going to make a scrapbook with pictures of his garden, and I already found an album with a peony-themed cover!
Heartfelt Creations . I love all the videos that I have seen so far, but how to create Carnations and of course the one how to decorate the hand bag. The hand bag is a dream
Hi Emma Lou! I love watching your videos. I have learned so much from you! Thank you so very much for sharing your amazing video tutorials , you are so talented. It's so amazing , just watching you transform a piece of paper.... into a beautiful flower. Could you please do another video tutorial without using the flower shaping molds ? Sending hugs and love! ❤❤❤ Tammy
I love this video. I watch it every time I start to make flowers! I have one question regarding the stamens you use . What specific type do you use? Y’all have several but just not sure which? Thank you so much!
Hey Linda, thank you for watching! The stamens that we have, the basic difference is the ones priced at $9.99 have threads and the ones priced at $19.99 are wired. The wire ones are a little easier to put through the center, however, the threaded ones are pretty simple too....I would suggest choosing a color you love and going from there:) ~Emma Lou
Am in love with all the heartfelt flowers, & your demos. heartfelt lists spellbinders platinum as compatible, but what about the PLATINUM 6 ? I will be choosing a machine based on this alone, which or is big shot best? thanks
Hey, yes, the Platinum 6 will work for you and you will use the same sandwich that is listed for the Platinum in this link: www.heartfeltcreations.us/flower-shaping-molds/compatibility. Have fun shaping flowers! Which mold is your favorite?
Hey Dorothy, we don't have an exact date, but if you go to the stamen that you're wanting and click on the bell icon, you can enter your email address and we will send you an email as soon as it is back in stock:) Happy creating with your new flowers!!! ~Emma Lou
Hi Yessy, We are using die cuts to cut out our stamped images. This video shows how that is done: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6U3QfWexXZ8.html. We used these 2 dies: www.heartfeltcreations.us/shop/product-collections/sweet-peony/large-sweet-peony-die and www.heartfeltcreations.us/shop/product-collections/sweet-peony/small-sweet-peony-die. Thank you for watching:)
Gorgeous...😘... thanks for sharing techniques! Are these moulds suitable for sizzix big shot machine as it is the only die cut machine available easily in my area??
Hi there, yes, these will work with your big shot, you can view the compatibility sheet here: www.heartfeltcreations.us/flower-shaping-molds/compatibility
What kind of paper you using to make paper flower and what is the cutting machine? I live in Japan and I don’t know if there is paper like that to make beautiful flowers... all we have here is origami and colored paper...
Hey Junnie, thank you for being part of our crafting family! I like to use a smooth white 100 pound or 250 gsm cardstock: www.heartfeltcreations.us/shop/crafting-accessories/cardstock/8-5-x-11-cardstock-pack-of-25-white. The machine I am using in this video is called the Cut N Boss machine, but most machines that take dies will work with these.
The molds will fit in the Cuttlebug, but not the Grand Calibur. Here are compatibility instructions: www.heartfeltcreations.us/flower-shaping-molds/compatibility
Hey Bonita, we do use cardstock for most of our flowers. We love to use a 100 pound cardstock: www.heartfeltcreations.us/shop/crafting-accessories/cardstock/8-5-x-11-cardstock-pack-of-25-white
I think they said that the problem with making a mold for the Gemini is the relatively thin opening for it. I have the Gemini and also the Sizzix Big Shot, and you can't use thicker dies like the steel ruled one in the Gemini but you can in the Big Shot. The molds are more the size of steel ruled dies. I think that because the opening in the Gemini is thin, it would be difficult to make a mold that would be able to shape a flower without flattening it down(the Gemini is also really forceful, which makes it great for intricate cutting but maybe not so great for shaping something cup-shaped.)
Hello, here is a link: www.heartfeltcreations.us/flower-shaping-molds/compatibility that shows you the sandwich you will want to use to run it through your machine. ~Emma Lou
