The last crop is out of the garden. There was a mixed bag of emotions with our sweet potatoes. The extra adversity will force some creativity on our food prep, but that just leads to more diversity of products in the pantry.

Hey Vogie! The winter oats are only meant as a cover crop. The plan will be to cut down the winter killed oat plants and till under to mix in compost and fertilizer.
