#ThanksgivingFavories. An easy, no stress sweet potato side dish for any holiday. Everyone loves it and no marshmallows needed.
Ingredients:
3C sweet potatoes 1 stick butter
1/2 C sugar 1/2 C milk
1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Topping
1/3 C flour 1 C brown sugar
1/3 stick butter 1 C chopped nuts
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

Hi, TJ! This sweet potato souffle looks amazing! Using a can of sweet potatoes is a great way to make a side dish easily and quickly on a day that is often "hectic" as you described. I love pecans, but it is good to know that walnuts and pistachios would work as well. Thanks for sharing!
