In case the market for starch slows down what is the shelf life of starch before it Begins to mold. Does your processing machine ensure 0 percent moisture in the starch for long term storage withou spoilage?

Hi,is sweet potato starch same with sweet potato flour?

Different, starch is only the starch component extracted from sweet potato roots, but flour is extracted from whole sweet potato roots, above video is showing the sweet potato starch processing line, but not sweet potato flour processing line.

In 1 kilo of sweet potato. What is the recovery in sweet potato startch?

It mainly depends on the starch content of raw materials of fresh sweet potato, these equipment is only responsible to extract starch from fresh sweet potato completely. Generally speaking, for starchy roots, about 5-6kg of sweet potato can extract 1kg of starch, by contrast, for the non-starchy roots, maybe 10kg even more of sweet potato can extract 1kg of starch.
