I love the video because I’ve been searching for one on starch, but I may have never found it with the caption. But still love the video. Thank you for taking the time to do this entire process.
I think this would be called the powder version It has to be squeezed dried and made crispy in the oven and made into powder with a pulverizer Not sure but it works for me I use it for beauty purposes Sweet potato has hyaluronic acid
Thank you so much for sharing this. I have celiac disease and buying starch already made is expensive. Now when I see sweet potatoes on sale I can buy several and make my own potato starch.
@@OnyxFoodHill hi, love this but I was wondering what can be done with the residue from the first cheesecloth squeeze session immediately after blending.
Wheat flour price is rising with ongoing conflict and we have an overproduction of potato this year, this is the alternative to regular flour ! Very informative video, thanks
Ill be trying that, I have a lot of sweet potato growing in my front yard that have to be digged and harvested. I have 1 question, does the starch tastes sweet?Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe 😘💞
Wow good to know, there are lots of sweet potato recipes that you can use them for. The starch doesn't have any taste, it tastes like the regular potato starch or cornstarch and you can use itt for baking too.
