Let's have another fish recipe - our Sweet & Sour Whole Fish [Tilapia].
We published our first Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet using Cream Dory and this time, I'm using a whole fish. You can choose any fish you prefer [lapu lapu, maya maya, etc.] but for our recipe, I chose tilapia because it's budget-friendly and has a sweet taste. The addition of cucumber in the sweet and sour sauce is also refreshing and tasty.

*Procedure:
1. Prepare the marinade.
2. Score the tilapia on both sides.
3. Rub the marinade all over the fish. Marinate for 15 minutes.
4. After marinating, cover the tilapia with cornstarch.
5. Fry until well done and set aside.
6. Cook the sweet and sour sauce.
7. Put the sauce on the tilapia and garnish with spring onion.
8. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!
