Sweet Sun Tea

I have 2 ingredients in my sun tea. Water and a tea bag. It cost me 3 cents per half gallon.

I put mint in mine while it's Brewing this way it has a nice fresh minty flavor

I love suntea! I ordered through Amazon one pound of hibiscus dried flowers (also known in Mexico as Flor de Jamaica) and add a few while sunbrewing along with Lipton tea bags and it's the best tasting tea to me!

Oh my gosh, Jeff, I absolutely love this sweet tea recipe. I can't believe I'm originally from the south, Tennessee & have never had real tea that had been steeped out in the sun before. You know for the last few days, it's been hot & humid here in Wisconsin. I'm talking 95 degrees or so. Wish I had a one of those jars with the spout attached. I'll have to put that on my list.

wow great video. i have been doing sun tea for a while now but i never thought about lemonade and oj in it. thanks for the idea. did you try not letting the oj and lemonade thaw and just put it in the tea, frozen and let the warm tea thaw the oj and lemonade? that sounds like it woul be good to. but either way im trying asap(unfortunately tomorrow)

Oh my that does look delicious 😋 , guna put my own spin on this by using loose tea in cheese cloth ( most tea bags are bleached ) use fresh oranges and lemons , then sweeten with agave lol as it took me over 20 years !!! 😂 to get over my sugar addiction . Thank you for sharing , I love trying out new recipes / ideas . My mom used to make this delicious drink which was from Central America with condensed milk , Guinness and some other secret ingredients. Would love to find the recipe and do a vegan take on it as I have NEVER tasted anything like it since . I used to BEG her to make it 🤣 was cocaine for kids ....lol maybe they were drugging us 😄 It truly was divine 😄 , thanks again ♥️😊

Alright. You win this round. This is indeed the best sun tea I have made to date. I used pink lemonade concentrate for mine though =P

This is like a Russian Tea without the cloves.

Should of taken some tea out before adding the two concentrates to make it easier to stir. I'll try the two secrets this weekend. Can't wait.

9 tea bags? How do you know how many to put in? I have seen a few videos on how to make this and everyone is different some say 2 all the way up to 10 bags.
