Sweet Tea Moonshine a great Summer shine.
per qtr..
2 cup strong tea cooled ( I used e tea bags)
1/2 cup lemon simple syrup
top off mason jar with shine ( I used 100 proof )
Lemon simple syrup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice (I used 2 lemon)
1/2 cup water
zest of 1 lemon
add sugar, lemon juice, water heat to simmer shut off heat add zest let cool

Is that a hexclad pan? My wife would KILL me 😂 I been meaning to make this and havnt yet.been wanting to get some sweet tea concentrate from gfs ..I bet it’s not as good as your version though
