@@saucejp337 I think it would just melt most of the time, this one would probably do so almost immediately since it appears to be mostly just lard and sugar which liquefy really easily when heated

Never would have thought something completely devoid of moisture could hit 5 Ruffalos, but it extracted so much juice from the pork that it came around and ruined an entire wall. That's some real sausage magic.

I think he was being kinda stingy with the Ruffalo's lately. I figured it was mess related and not blowability

A disgusting looking sausage can still be a 5/5 as far as taste goes. Don't belittle sausage man's scientific efforts.

@@RamoArt was not trying to, in retrospect it does look like i was though. What you say is true, that some of his worse looking sausages have been apperently pretty tasty.

But it’s even worse to me when he doesn’t use any salt at all (even when using an ingredient that has no salt added) and wonders why the sausage tastes bland or unbalanced. Salt your meat, folks, it always needs it!

@@TundieRice Yeah I suppose you do have a point. I just feel like the salt and pepper alters the taste of the final product [depending on what it is]. When he's trying wacky sausage flavors I've always thought there should be minimal salt and pepper as to not cloud the taste of what he's trying to sausageify.

@@Soulsworth69 Pepper may not always be necessary, since it’s got a distinct flavor and aroma that might not work with everything. But it’s kind of seen as a “default” flavor in addition to salt that could be added to anything, even though it isn’t neutral like salt is. Salt on the other hand, while you shouldn’t use enough to where your food tastes super salty, should always be used in an adequate amount (at least in savory applications) to bring out the flavors of everything, or else it will be bland. He might use too much salt sometimes, and he doesn’t always HAVE to use pepper, but I think every sausage needs at least a little salt.

@@TundieRice Yeah. You make a fair argument. I was mainly stating that when I see him usually use seasoning, he uses a lot of salt and pepper, and sometimes garlic powder too, and those aren't always needed. Maybe a good little bit of salt, but I think he should keep it at that so he doesn't mask the flavor of what he makes the sausage out of.
