im loving these vids as being new to caravaning, (having not been able to use it yet lol), just a question, we had ours hooked up to the mains just to test everything and get use to setting it up, we got most things sorted but our hot water didnt heat up i went through all the options on the control panel and the other panel, and the owner manuels, and still couldnt get it working, and we tried the following day useing just the gas and it worked, so was wondering how to get that working is there a way to do it, it was hooked up for well over 2 hours while we were working things out, but within 30 mins on the gas it had heated up, i no this makes me seen a bit dumb x
