1.3 ddis is a pure raw gem engine. If it gets tuned to a stage 2 with performance exhaust and lowering springs, then it can give some tough competition to a polo 1.0 Tsi with no doubt.
Swift has a slightly larger engine by 50cc Torque advantage by 20nm But still 45hp less power is such a set back Nexon makes 70% more power and still ddis proved it's ground
Even fiat petrol version was perfect. I have 2013 swift. And it literally sails on road. No noise and super smooth. Feels more premium than todays swift
Ford aspire diesel titanium 2017 (2nd owner) 55k km driven- 3.70lakh. it has 2 airbags. Problem- Steering is not coming to its original centre position after turning( what would be the cost to repair it?) And one tire is not good. Is it good deal? Bhai Nexon Diesel, piche dust me chhod degi swift ko. Diesel has 260Nm torque. Nexon Petrol me 170Nm torque hai plus it's much heavier. Swift has 190Nm torque and is lighter
@The Motor Show Bhai kuch bhi mat bol yr. Nissan GTR V6 hai par Twin Turbocharged hai. Ek baar dekh Turbocharged engine always produces more bhp and torque. Wahi, Lamborghini Huracan ke V10 engine me koi Turbocharger nahi hai. Aur Ye vali swift me to Suzuki ka koi engine bhi nahi hai. It's Fiat's 1.3 Multijet Diesel.

Swift fast hai kyuki wo nexon se halki hai (Swift - 980KG, Nexon - 1230KG) and body shell light karne ke wajah se car ki body weak bhi ho gyi hai isleye agar swift ka accident hota hai to zindagi ko TATA bolna padega Nexon thodi slow zarur hogi lekin mazbut bahut hai aut safety rating bhi swift se better hai.

This swift was around 1100kg and nexon petrol is around 1200kg. Aaj waali swift dabba h bhai woh 900kg bhi barely hai, but this swift was something else.
Maruti has tuned this engine. Same engine used to be in vista diesel and manza diesel. But performance of 1.3 ddis in Maruti cars and tata cars is different. Difference shows the quality of maruti's engineering and tata's engineering
If you see any swift diesel on road kindly refrain from racing , else it will be very embarrassing, at this point many are tuned as well so will lose badly if its not some high end german car 😅
Tata ki gadi bhagne me tym lgati h qki inme weight jyada hota h maruti ke mukable 🙏👍or agr Swift ka turbo khrab ho Jaye ya ishe without turbo chlaoge toh ishki pickup total khatam yeh gadi tiki hi turbo ke uper h 👍👍
