With the cotton pad do you wet it

Do you ever mix your presprays in advance or always mix on site? I guess it's hard to premix if you don't know what to expect on a job. Thursday I ended up having to boost my pre-mixed prespray anyway. Of course I only do a couple of jobs a weeks so it's not like I'd be carrying 50 gallons of prespray with me either.

How do you keep from not getting crunchy floors
