My massage therapist that does medical massages just told me to start doing this. Still worried about neck pain with CCI but my posture is just getting worse after my accident.

I've been doing this for about 5 years. Helps a lot with my T7 - T8 when I get spasms there. Lots of joint movement sounding like a chiropractic adjustment for me too. But I'm over 60...

Funny, I've been doing this for a while now. Wondering how many repetitions are recommended, a few I guess.
