I appreciate you sharing your progress pictures with the weights. I view my body bigger than it is, and although everyone's body is built differently, your weight and size help me be more realistic when addressing my weightloss goals.

*makes notes about the gym* I gotta get with it. This non-consistency thing is killing me. I've gotten lazy and sloppy, and it's just effing dumb. I still need to lose 40 pounds, dang it...and the lifelong battle has been defeating me for the last year. It's dumb, really...because I know better...just gotta do better. MOTIVATION is definitely lacking. Ugh.

I just hit 30 lbs lost and now only get 25 daily. It’s getting harder and I do use my weeklies. Watching some of the meals and ideas is harder since I’m not to maintenance now and won’t be for some time. Just try to take what ideas and I try to make work for my current pts.
