Switching Schools | This Is Why! 

I really admire Bella for doing high school, college classes and having a job all at the same time! She seems like such a hard worker with a lot of dedication to what she's doing.

My siblings and I used to make forts all the time! The 5 of us used to sleep in there and everything! I wholeheartedly agree that kids today need to learn how to be bored. It makes you appreciate your time more.

Love that they get to switch schools. Jamie is good at puzzles. Hail is only in warmer weather. It would be sleet in the colder weather. Glad you were able to see the sleet/snow. OH sees it every year.

Thank you for sharing the uodates and giving some detailed informations about change of school. I agree with Aaron that it is important to be curious and imaginative in free moments. Jamie is a great example of how to be creative and find satisfaction, even in a very simple way. I feel sorry for her btw, that her room isn't organised as she wished. Wishing her some more patience. @Crystal, during school breaks my sister always goes to appliance stores to see if they have any extra bit appliance boxes. And she helps my nephews (9&5) build forts. She lets them paid them, put in any toys of theirs that they want to, card tables, etc. As long as it doesn’t rain they box forts last. They love it. She also goes to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buys packing boxes. Anyways, I bet the “little boys” and the little girls would have so much fun doing that.

We do stuff like that, it's called a vet (vocational education training) program, with TAFE. Part work study and then part school

Cosmetology was a great learning experience for me but wasn’t my career path I got my certification but not my license because of many complications I have learning disabilities and other things, I enjoy retail but let me tell you cosmetology is fun, a lot of work and knowledge in the making ver tough skills to learn.

I never get bored I love to read.

Where I live we are currently under an extreme cold warning because it’s gonna reach - 40C with windchill.

Crystal make sure to keep in contact with the families of the kids friends so many schools are starting to push out students to do online and the immigrants are getting to be in there spot. I say keep in contact so the kids can have friends come over or meet ups. Like homeschoolers do. At least they won’t loose their friends. It’s a challenge to homeschool but when kids can do the meet ups it helps them get outside and keep the social interaction.

That was so nice of you to bring some Montana weather back with you for the ones who couldn't go on the trip!

I wish we had the ability to switch schools here in NY. We are stuck in a horrible high school and I can't transfer my son to another school in or out of district! I pay $12k a year for school taxes and the schools in my district have been horrible. I can't wait to get out of this state..

I’m in cosmetology school ! It’s stressful but very rewarding !

We had some similar things like that when I was in high school, I've been graduated 16years now but it was called vocational, They had beauty school welding,, nursing. All different types of schools that you could go to. So I did that my 11th and 12th grade and then 2 weeks after I graduated high school. I had my State Board test for cosmetology. And right after I passed that I had a job, I really like how they do vocational and kids should really take up on it if it's something they're interested in because it really set you graduate high school to already be able to get a job. I don't have any Student debt loans or anything like that,it was all paid for by the school. It was a blessing to me. I absolutely love doing hair me and my mother own our own shop. I don't cut hair as much anymore. I now specialize in hair coloring that's what I love the most.. And I still do my occasional hair perms on my grandmother's😂😂😂

And my bored days I catch up in all my Homework assignments.

Never heard to get oil changed by yourself. You do it with all the maintenance when its due in a garage. How would you keep your car up far enough to catch all the oil? And where do you get rid of the oil then?

Brody is awesome! Love seeing the little boys in the video. It would be cool to see a day with just the younger boys and maybe the older boys with them. It would be fun to see the dynamic they have.
