I had a similar situation with uhaul last year but we worked it out last min. Dang haha your a truck driver really so shout out to the military for showing you how to drive it !
The constant up sales from U-Haul after I already made reservations, happened 3 times. You get the reservation then 3 weeks later, they tell you, they might not have the truck size available, we might have to give you something bigger.... I'm done.
