I recently started using Todoist to track all of my day-to-day work tasks and it has been a powerhouse. I'm loving the natural language input, Google Calendar integration, and more!
I found Todoist and alternative task managers through Google. Then I discovered a very useful channel on RU-vid that helped me to learn its features. I’ve been using Todoist for 3 years, 10 months and today reached the Enlightened Karma points level so that tells me I’ve been relying on the app for work and home tasks for a long time. It’s being developed and improved all the time and has great integration with other apps too. I’m a fan!
I’m probably going to stick with Apple reminders. Just works best for me. I had more of a hard time deciding between things 3 and reminders but in the end prefer reminders.
Reminders is still the best. I’m using reminders for my personal todo list and Todoist for my work lists. It’s a great way to keep them separate from each other.
I've been using Todoist for the last year and it has been so beneficial. The only thing I get frustrated with is using Siri with it. I think it may be me lol but I often can't get a new task in to Todoist via Siri. Typically most my idea come when driving. Its one small thing of an otherwise great too
